ST | 0 Hrs. OT on a Exempt Contract Contingent Basis located Fort Liberty -North Carolina 28307 Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting a key U.S. Army installation that supports the Army’s mission of global readiness and operational excellence. As one of the largest and most dynamic military bases, Fort Liberty serves as a home to the XVIII Airborne Corps, the 82nd Airborne Division, and several other vital military units. The base plays a critical role in preparing soldiers for rapid deployment and combat operations, ensuring that U.S. Army personnel are equipped, trained, and ready to support national defense objectives and global security commitments.

Seeking Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for Military Language Training candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ARMY.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Language and Culture Services Support  (Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for Military Language Training) in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Department of Army (Army) | Mission & Installation Contacting Command -Fort Liberty Generally Located In Fort Liberty - North Carolina 28321 and across the  Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for Military Language Training | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY040045]

• Develop and implement ISD models to create military language curricula.
• Work with SMEs to align curricula with ILR standards.
• Evaluate and update materials based on feedback and program needs.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for Military Language Training | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY040045] (ARMY040045) Candidates:

• Expertise in instructional systems design, especially in military language training.
• Familiarity with ILR standards and methods of evaluation.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Master’s in Instructional Systems Design or related field.
• 5+ years in ISD, with military language training preferred

Skills Required

• Proficient in instructional design software.
• Able to assess and improve instructional programs.

Competencies Required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
• Problem-solving and critical thinking in an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage learners.
• Leadership and adaptability in a diverse classroom environment
• Effective project management skills.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Regularly assess training programs and suggest improvements.
• Work directly with instructors to ensure proper curriculum implementation.
• Provide guidance to junior ISD professionals in the design process.

Work in a military training environment with a focus on immersion. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.
