Requirements
A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
Licensure to practice applied behavior analysis (ABA) in North Carolina is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy is required.
A strong understanding of payer requirements, authorizations, and compliance timelines is required.
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) platforms such as CentralReach or similar is required.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP and Vineland, develop and oversee treatment plans, and supervise registered behavior technicians (RBTs), students, and assistants to ensure BACB- and Triangle ABA-compliant, high-fidelity ABA programming.
Deliver in-person caregiver coaching to build treatment buy-in and support generalization of skills across home and community settings.
Manage Plans of Care and treatment updates, submit documentation at least 14 days before renewal deadlines, and ensure accuracy according to funder requirements.
Review client data and progress regularly, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with the Clinical Development team to improve service models and workflows.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
