- Serve as the senior technical escalation point above support specialists, guiding complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and IT operational standards.
- Own enterprise identity and access management platforms, specifically Okta, including role-based access control design, group architecture, single sign-on and System for Cross-domain Identity Management integrations, and lifecycle provisioning automation.
- Administer cloud collaboration platform systems and policies alongside mobile device management to ensure device compliance, zero-touch deployment pipelines, and operating system update strategy across macOS endpoints.
- Manage the cloud telephony and collaboration portfolio, including Zoom, Zoom Phone call queues and interactive voice response routing, Slack, and Jira Service Management queue-routing logic and configuration.
- Convert recurring manual IT onboarding and access requests into automated self-service workflows.
- Build IT operational reporting dashboards and structure data to manage and streamline day-to-day IT operations.
- Reconcile software licenses against active headcount on a set cadence to identify cost variances across software-as-a-service applications.
- Partner with Security to run access reviews, enforce least-privilege principles, support endpoint and email security tooling, and collect IT audit evidence for compliance cycles.
- Implement and administer artificial intelligence capabilities within IT operations to improve throughput, efficiency, and service-level agreements while adhering to compliance standards.
- Partner cross-functionally with Human Resources, Clinical, Commercial, and Engineering stakeholders to manage cohort onboarding and offboarding, run decision-oriented meetings, and maintain technical runbooks and end-user frequently asked questions.
- Direct experience with Kandji and Google Workspace.
- Experience or familiarity administering cloud telephony, including Zoom Phone interactive voice response and queues, Jira Service Management, or customer relationship management tools such as Zoho.

InStride Health, a pediatric mental health provider, announced Monday that it raised $30 million in Series C funding to expand into new markets. Boston-based InStride Health provides virtual specialty outpatient care for pediatric anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Its care is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, focusing on exposure therapy, in which patients are gradually exposed to situations they fear. The company works with patients aged seven to 24 and their families, providing them with a care team consisting of a therapist, exposure coach and psychiatrist. The team develops a personalized care plan, and patients can communicate with their care team via text, phone or video. The retrospective analysis examined 3,604 episodes of care between January 2023 and December 2025.
