About the Job

Requirements

  • A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in object planning, project control, or project management for building construction projects is ideal.
  • Sound knowledge of planning building construction projects, ideally turnkey buildings and/or residential construction, industrial construction, or building renovation.
  • Experience coordinating planning teams.
  • A structured, solution-oriented working style and strong commitment and communication skills.
  • Enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration and shared project success.

Responsibilities

  • Take central responsibility for the smooth planning and coordination of demanding construction projects.
  • Manage the planning of turnkey residential, office, school, and industrial buildings from initial concept through turnkey handover in collaboration with interdisciplinary planning teams.
  • Coordinate implementation of the contractual construction requirements in the integrated planning process to meet schedule, economic, and quality goals.
  • Oversee planning through the execution phase, optimize processes, and ensure project details are accurate.
  • Coordinate and monitor all integrated planning phases, from architectural and systems planning through structural engineering, building services, civil engineering, and metal construction.
  • Coordinate with sales engineers, project managers, clients, public authorities, architects, and engineering firms to align participants on shared objectives.
  • Coordinate schedules and capacities with company production facilities to support smooth project delivery.

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional experience in object planning, project control, or project management of building construction projects is preferred.
  • Experience planning turnkey buildings and/or residential construction, industrial construction, or building renovation is preferred.
