Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance in the standardization of the day to day function across a program office at all levels and work with the Senior HR Program Manager.
  • Introduce and train of project tools, and methodology as they relate to the industry standard of project and program management.
  • Champion the processes and tools used in order to facilitate their adoption by the organization.
  • Monitor and ensure the proper use of the new processes.
  • Provide regular project status updates and other project related information to the organization, determining what information will be provided as well as the level of detail and frequency.
  • Responsible for version control of the project related documents.
  • Compile a list containing each project, along with its summary, current status, and other relevant information related to ensuring successful completion.
  • Gather project requests and assist with prioritization of the requests.
  • Compile a list of skill sets of all project team members and assist with ensuring that each project team has the necessary skills to be successful.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issue resolution as it relates to prioritization, and resource constraints.
  • Conduct project reviews that examine the progress of each project and its adherence to the standardization protocols.
  • Determine if objectives have been met within projected timeframes and provide advice on corrective action when needed.
  • Use project reviews to assess training needs and make other organizational recommendations when necessary.
