About the job
- Technical high school education or Industrial Technician qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial or chemical operations.
- Basic knowledge of hazardous-material handling.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Maintain a safety mindset, attention to detail, discipline, teamwork, and accountability.
- Receive, unload, and add chemicals in accordance with safety protocols.
- Operate dosing equipment, pumps, valves, and transfer systems.
- Monitor chemical consumption and replenishment levels.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain operational logs.
- Address minor spills in accordance with procedures.
- Maintain 5S standards.
- Safely handle, supply, monitor, and control chemical materials, including dosing, for automotive production processes while ensuring continuous service to production lines and compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- Monitor, clean, and perform predictive and preventive maintenance on mist collector equipment used to extract gases and vapors from automotive production processes.
