About the job
- Hold a Bac+5 qualification from an engineering school or business school.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role managing Banking or Finance accounts.
- Demonstrate persistence and rigor, strong interpersonal and writing skills, teamwork, perseverance, results orientation, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Identify, define, structure, and prioritize growth opportunities.
- Present consultant profiles to address client needs and explain their suitability.
- Maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Prospect through professional social networks, outbound sales, direct outreach, networking, and representing the company at industry trade shows and events.
- Respond to tenders and prepare commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing terms with prospects and close sales.
- Understand consultant requirements, write and publish job postings, source candidates, conduct interviews, and follow each candidate through the recruitment process.
- Support consultants' development and skills growth, ensure their integration and well-being on assignments, serve as their main contact, and support their career development.
- Deploy the business development strategy and monitor the Business Unit's profitability and growth.
