Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manually analyze session recordings to determine whether flagged issues are valid, ensuring they are categorized correctly for customers.
  • Provide high-quality labelled data that will train Noibu’s AI algorithms to detect better and prioritize eCommerce errors.
  • Maintain a low rejection rate by adhering to Noibu’s verification guidelines and collaborating with the SE team to refine processes.
  • Contribute to reducing issue verification backlogs and ensuring that verified issues drive real impact for our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the R&D team, sharing feedback and insights to improve verification quality and efficiency.
