About the role:
Are you passionate about bridging the gap between technology and customer satisfaction? Noibu is seeking a meticulous Issue Verification Specialist (AI Labeller) to help us refine our cutting-edge AI tools through increased prioritization accuracy. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team that’s transforming the eCommerce landscape.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in verifying critical technical issues that impact our customers’ websites, ensuring the data we use to train our AI is precise and actionable. Your efforts will directly influence Noibu’s AI systems and help deliver unparalleled value to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Manually analyze session recordings to determine whether flagged issues are valid, ensuring they are categorized correctly for customers.
- Provide high-quality labelled data that will train Noibu’s AI algorithms to detect better and prioritize eCommerce errors.
- Maintain a low rejection rate by adhering to Noibu’s verification guidelines and collaborating with the SE team to refine processes.
- Contribute to reducing issue verification backlogs and ensuring that verified issues drive real impact for our customers.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team, sharing feedback and insights to improve verification quality and efficiency.
Who You Are:
- Have a robust analytical mindset and a keen eye for details in session recordings.
- Experience or an interest in eCommerce, user experience, or AI-driven tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to tackling challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to align with internal teams and stakeholders.
