Responsibilities
- Issue and manage outgoing and incoming invoices, paying attention to details and deadlines.
- Monitor receipts and reconcile financial flows.
- Recover debts and manage insolvencies by contacting clients to resolve critical situations.
- Communicate with clients about administrative and financial matters using a professional, solution-oriented approach.
- Support documentation for Research and Development projects.
- Optimize operational processes in collaboration with internal teams and other group companies.
