Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment maintenance, hardware engineering, and/or process engineering
  • Experience with Dielectric Deposition (DDP) system installation, startup, and warranty support
Responsibilities
  • Manage and track field performance including service KPI commitments and continuous improvement programs; contribute to service product development and implementation.
  • Track I&W + service agreement spending, identify, develop, and enable material & labor cost reduction solutions; drive implementation of programs at customer sites.
  • Lead product technical documentation review and approval to ensure quality and compliance with Applied Materials IP policies.
  • Support CE training and multi-level certification program.
  • Support AGS Field Service Operation team and Business Unit GPS/TPS/Engineering team for new product introduction.
  • Contribute to service product development, ensure customer needs are being addressed during the development stage, take responsibility for product deliverables.
  • Ensure CEs are trained to support new service product implementation.
  • Collaborate with FSO and Spares SBU to ensure parts are stocked at level required to support customers
