  • Ability to take briefs through to publication using content production workflows.
  • Ability to identify and fix content pipeline failures and escalate issues that cannot be fixed independently.
  • Ability to build, test, and iterate on prompt libraries, agent stacks, evaluators, and repurposing pipelines.
  • Ability to test new artificial intelligence tools, identify useful applications, and discontinue ineffective tools.
  • Ability to source proprietary insights through conversations and data and turn them into original content.
  • Ability to meet weekly publishing targets across research, applied, and education content pillars.
  • Ability to operate artificial intelligence workflows similarly to a software engineer operating a build pipeline.
  • Ability to focus on buyer needs rather than vanity metrics while maintaining quality and publishing cadence.
Responsibilities
  • Write and edit research reports, applied playbooks, education pieces, newsletters, sales enablement content, and thought leadership bylines.
  • Run the production pipeline from briefs through published pieces using workflows designed by the Director of Content Engineering.
  • Identify where the content pipeline breaks, fix issues where possible, and flag issues that cannot be fixed.
  • Build and maintain prompt libraries, agent stacks, evaluators, and repurposing pipelines.
  • Test new artificial intelligence tools and report which tools work for Tenex.
  • Pair with Alex Lieberman, founders, and operators in the Tenex network to source proprietary insights.
  • Transform raw conversations and data into original content.
  • Meet weekly publishing targets across the research, applied, and education content pillars.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience writing for a B2B SaaS, media company, or premium publisher for 3 to 6 years.
  • Experience owning content pieces end-to-end rather than contributing only sections.
  • Active day-to-day use of frontier artificial intelligence tools and the ability to explain recent releases and their relevance.
  • Ability to write prompts, build agents, evaluate outputs, and collaborate with engineers without translation overhead.
  • Ability to ship on time, maintain quality under tight deadlines, and debug personal workflows.
  • Interest in developing the content engineering function with a path toward running a content function in 2 to 3 years.
  • Ability to preserve a distinct point of view, voice, and quality standard under deadline or reach pressure.
