Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or related discipline OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • PMP
  • PgMP
  • DAU Level III Program Management Certification
  • Minimum of 10 years of program management experience or equivalent senior-level DoD/Defense Industry experience
  • Experience working directly with senior DoD personnel and leadership
  • Senior-level experience includes: Military Field Grade Officer or above, or Senior NCO (E‑8 or above), or DoD Civilian at GS‑13 or higher
  • Experience managing enterprise-level technology programs
  • Minimum of 2–5 years managing Cyber Range or IT/OT programs
  • Strong experience in complex, mission-driven environments
Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of large-scale enterprise technology programs
  • Oversee program scope, schedule, cost, and performance metrics
  • Interface with senior DoD leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Ensure programs align with mission objectives and operational requirements
  • Provide oversight of Cyber Range or IT/OT technology program operations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical and operational areas
  • Maintain awareness of supporting platforms, infrastructure, and hardware systems
