Requirements
  • Fluency in English and a high school or college diploma.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, the internet, and email.
  • At least 18 months of experience managing files in an Army setting or one year of office experience.
  • Completion of AT Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH, and information assurance training within specified timelines.
  • Attendance at post-award conferences and progress meetings.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain records and files according to Family Advocacy Program standard operating procedures and Army Community Service standards.
  • Answer and log phone calls and voice messages.
  • Update Family Advocacy Program administrators on daily tasks.
  • Develop timelines for documents and correspondence.
  • Handle correspondence, including clearance requests, meeting minutes, and reports.
  • Compile data from all Family Advocacy Program components into a single Excel database.
  • Maintain and update a library of Family Advocacy Program references.
  • Assist with marketing Family Advocacy Program classes and briefings.
