Requirements
  • A Master's degree or higher is required.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required, or the candidate must be expected to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst examination within the next three months.
  • At least two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is required.
  • Certification, registration, and/or licensure required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment is required.
  • The role requires professional, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Applicants must be presently eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and supervision for the assigned team and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians who complete competency-based training.
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular parent and caregiver training for family members.
  • Prioritize the safety of clients and others involved in each case.
  • Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
  • Analyze data and behavior and make data-based decisions.
  • Guide the ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
  • Ensure program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment principles.
