- A Master's degree or higher is required.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required, or the candidate must be expected to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst examination within the next three months.
- At least two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is required.
- Certification, registration, and/or licensure required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment is required.
- The role requires professional, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Applicants must be presently eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide oversight and supervision for the assigned team and clients.
- Mentor and support behavior technicians who complete competency-based training.
- Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
- Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
- Conduct regular parent and caregiver training for family members.
- Prioritize the safety of clients and others involved in each case.
- Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
- Analyze data and behavior and make data-based decisions.
- Guide the ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
- Ensure program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately and in a timely manner.
- Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment principles.
- Interest in research, specifically functional analysis, verbal behavior, feeding, and other related topics.
Autism Spectrum Therapies is a provider of applied behavior analysis and autism services within LEARN Behavioral. It delivers individualized behavioral assessment and therapy for children and families in homes, centers, schools, and community settings. Board-certified behavior analysts design programs that behavior technicians implement with clinical supervision and family involvement.
