Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy to geriatric patients in the mobile geriatric rehabilitation setting.
  • Conduct rehabilitative home visits with patients using an employer-provided service vehicle.
  • Independently plan and organize therapy content based on individual rehabilitation goals.
  • Conduct 45-minute therapy sessions during each home visit.
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise.
