About the Role
The Transaction Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive, high-level transaction support for Agents in the Lever by Movoto program in all areas, and especially in their roles as a real estate agent.
What you’ll do:
- Provide transactional support to Agents in the Lever by Movoto program to ensure a smooth and compliant process
- Facilitates communications between Agents and business associates, vendors, contractors, clients, escrow and investors
- Supervise and administer timelines and deadline compliance for 100-plus listings and escrows in all locations in which we provide services
- Act as Agents’ “gatekeeper”, prioritizing competing demands on Agent’s attention to keep them on track
- Schedule and coordinate listing photos, inspections, and any other necessary appointments on behalf of Lever by Movoto Agents in transactions
- Track all transaction numbers and report out to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
- Field a high volume of phone calls, voice mails, and email with daily check-ins to Agents in transaction
- Manage property listing process in partnership with Agents to ensure all steps are completed accurately
- Support agents with advertising and marketing related to property listings via online real estate and social media sites, as well as physical marketing materials
- Manage the flow of all documents through the escrow process
- Other job-related duties as assigned
What we need from you:
- 3 or more years of experience in relevant real estate transaction management
- Must be familiar with real estate sale and closing process
- High attention to detail and able to worked in a fast-paced environment with regularly shifting priorities
- Must have experience working with real estate agents and transaction coordinators or managers
- Experience utilizing the following or comparable technologies: Salesforce, Hubspot, MLS, Skyslope, DocuSign, Google Sheets, ZipForms
- Capability to work 8am-5pm central time, Monday-Friday, in order to support clients in central and eastern time zones
