  • Full profit-and-loss ownership of an automation or artificial intelligence practice, with accountability for revenue, margin and pricing.
  • A proven track record delivering enterprise-scale intelligent automation programs end-to-end, from business case through implementation and adoption.
  • Deep fluency in agentic artificial intelligence, including multi-agent orchestration, production deployment, evaluation, observability and the compliance posture required by regulated clients.
  • Engineering leadership experience leading teams building to modern software development lifecycle, continuous integration/continuous delivery and agile standards; the candidate must be able to engage credibly with architects even if no longer hands-on.
  • Working command of the automation and agentic platform landscape, including established vendors such as UiPath and Microsoft and emerging orchestration and agent tooling.
  • Pre-sales leadership on large transformation deals, shaping value directly with customer C-suite executives.
  • Established partner and alliance relationships, with a record of driving co-sell pipeline and joint go-to-market.
  • Experience taking an existing practice through a technology transition while carrying a revenue base and changing what it sells.
  • Experience building global practitioner capability and developing leaders who outlast the candidate's tenure.
  • Business case fluency, articulating value in the language of the client's profit and loss rather than technology.
  • A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
  • Ability to influence across regions, functions and partners without relying on authority.
  • Credibility with C-level executives, both on the client side and internally.
  • Strategic planning ability, working in milestones and dates.

  • Willingness to travel as required to client sites, partner events and regional teams.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without employment-based sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Hold global profit-and-loss accountability for the agentic capability, including revenue growth, delivery economics, pricing architecture and the risk envelope on outcome-based work.
  • Own the agentic offer portfolio and supporting offering materials, demonstrations, reference architectures, assets, accelerators and pricing guidance.
  • Act as gatekeeper for commercial and delivery governance on major agentic proposals, maintaining margin, scope and deliverability before commitments are made.
  • Protect the automation revenue that funds the transition while converting the business and maintaining a healthy revenue base as the mix shifts.
  • Personally lead pre-sales for the largest, most complex or novel deals.
  • Own global partner and platform relationships across frontier artificial intelligence partnerships and established automation vendors, including co-sell, joint positioning and certification standing.
  • Represent Roboyo externally through thought leadership, analyst conversations and published client stories.
  • Work with market leadership and other capability leads so clients buy an integrated Roboyo offering rather than separate service lines.
  • Define autonomy thresholds, evaluation standards and guardrails for systems put into production.
  • Own the agentic delivery methodology from discovery through production and measured client value.
  • Decide which platforms and tools to use and which assets to build.
  • Convert strong delivery work into reusable intellectual property, and market and technology shifts into client-facing propositions.
  • Apply advances in artificial-intelligence-assisted engineering to improve delivery speed and economics.
  • Set and uphold delivery standards, including hiring, development pathways and certification depth.
  • Own the pathway for the automation community to transition into agentic work, including cohorts, credentials, enablement and a practitioner community that maintains standards across regions.
  • Own global demand and capacity planning for the capability, including investment of bench time.
  • Act as a tollgate for key hires and promotions and provide feedback that supports the careers framework.
  • Escalate material risks to executives early with recommendations.
  • Deliver the first-six-month outcomes: launch the flagship offer, pricing and assets; enable sellers to sell independently; define and communicate the automation-to-agentic pathway and have a first cohort delivering client work; establish a practitioner knowledge-sharing community; embed a methodology that brings agentic work into production and measures client profit-and-loss value; meet partnership certification targets and publish required joint case studies; put a proprietary asset or intellectual property into production and embed it in sales and delivery; establish and report baseline delivery economics with a credible margin improvement plan.

Desired Qualifications

  • An MBA is a plus.
  • High energy and a solutions-focused approach.
