Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing major projects in Multidomain Operations with a focus on Electronic Warfare.
  • Secondary focus or experience in Cyber Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with external contributing agencies and internal functional units.
  • Proven ability to control and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification or an equivalent Project Management credential.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, scope, develop, design, and direct major projects with broad requirements in Multidomain Operations at the Muscatatuck Training Center Advanced Cyber Center.
  • Oversee testing and training events, Indiana National Guard infrastructure and information technology support, and multi-domain range complex integration.
  • Coordinate across internal functional elements and external contributing agencies to establish responsibilities, manage expectations, and control project budgets and schedules.

  • Background and experience in Intelligence Operations, Land Operations, Air Operations, Sea Operations, and Space Operations.
