Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in the merchant services, payment processing, or payments industry
  • Data analysis skills through Excel, lookups, formulas, pivot tables, charting, data tables, and other analytics tools
  • Proven documentation skills

  • Serve as the point of contact for all payment related vendors
  • Research, identify, and make recommendations related to the enhancement of global payment methods
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure successful payment enablement for all lines of business
  • Support the launch of new partners/products through review of test transactions
  • Monitor payment performance to reduce friction for customers
  • Develop and maintain costing analysis for all PSPs
  • Ensure appropriate KYC documentation is up to date across all PSPs
  • Build trust and relationships as a payments expert
