Nova 401(k) Associates provides third-party administration for 401(k) retirement plans and actuarial services for defined benefit and cash balance plans. Their services help businesses manage their retirement plans by handling administrative tasks and offering actuarial analysis so plans stay compliant and funded. How it works: a team of account managers listens to a client’s business goals, asks the right questions, and then offers practical, easy-to-understand guidance to design and run a 401(k) plan efficiently, avoiding information overload and unnecessary costs. How it is different from competitors: it focuses on understanding each client’s business, communicates in clear terms, and delivers actionable solutions instead of theoretical advice. The company’s goal is to help clients run successful retirement plans with less hassle, providing the knowledge and resources needed to make informed decisions.
