Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a diploma, advanced diploma, or bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in an administrative role is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • The candidate must be responsible, able to learn quickly, multitask efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the team to drive client service excellence, delight clients, and identify and convert new business opportunities with the brand team.
  • Serve as a primary liaison to clients.
  • Maintain and grow close relationships with clients and decision-makers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business objectives and drive strategic plans and objectives.
  • Work proactively to meet clients’ needs and priorities, add value, and manage client expectations.
  • Understand, prioritize, and drive resolution of issues through hands-on involvement and effective communication with responsible internal parties and clients.
  • Assess clients’ ongoing needs through periodic strategic reviews and uncover areas for additional revenue growth.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions and develop campaign proposals and presentations to meet clients’ business objectives, challenges, opportunities, and needs.
  • Work with approved job progress status to ensure smooth execution of activations and maximize client investment for optimum results.
  • Provide timely client reporting, including weekly reports and post-evaluation reports.
  • Deliver high standards of work and quality service, and perform other assigned or apparent duties.
  • Assist the Manager in compiling records and reports on PP projects and submit them to the HR department on time.
Desired Qualifications
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
