Align Technology reports Q3 2026 revenue growth driven by Clear Aligner sales.

Align Technology reports Q3 2026 revenue growth driven by Clear Aligner sales. The company announced a 1.9% year-over-year increase in total revenues, alongside new product pilots including a custom 3D-printed sports mouth guard. Align Technology Inc reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, highlighting total revenues of $1.015 billion, a 1.9% increase year-over-year. According to the company, the growth was primarily driven by the company's clear aligner segment. In the report, Align also detailed new products it is developing and rolling out, including its NXT Technology 3D printing materials platform and a US pilot of the Invisalign Sports Guard, a custom 3D-printed sports mouth guard. Leadership transition. The earnings report comes as Align also announced a CEO succession plan. The company's Board of Directors has appointed Jennifer L. Davis, former CEO of Procter & Gamble's Global Healthcare business, as Align's next president and CEO, effective December 31, 2026. Davis will succeed Joseph M. Hogan, who has served as president and CEO since 2015 and will retire from the Board of Directors following its strategy meeting on June 16, 2027. Davis will join Align as CEO-elect and a member of the Board on November 2, 2026, working alongside Hogan ahead of the transition. Jennifer L Davis will succeed Joseph M Hogan as president and chief executive officer of Align Technology at the end of 2026. Clear Aligner volume and revenue growth. Clear aligner revenues reached $839.3 million in the third quarter, representing a 4.2% increase compared to the same period last year. Volume also grew by 6.6% year-over-year, totaling 690,600 cases. Conversely, revenues from imaging systems and CAD/CAM services were $175.5 million, a 7.6% decrease year-over-year. The company reported a GAAP gross margin of 68.7% and a non-GAAP gross margin of 70.4%. Operating margins were 16.7% on a GAAP basis and 24.4% non-GAAP. Diluted net income per share was $1.90 GAAP and $2.80 non-GAAP. Record shipments and scanner placements. "We delivered solid third-quarter results, with Q3 revenues and Clear Aligner volumes in line with our outlook and non-GAAP operating margin was above our prior guidance," says Hogan, in a release. Hogan noted that the volume reflects record doctor submitters, record third-quarter clear aligner shipments, improved utilization, and broad-based international growth. Notably, orthodontist shipments in North America saw a year-over-year increase after previous consecutive quarters of decline. Additionally, DSO shipments grew by double digits across both orthodontist and GP customers. The company also expanded its digital footprint, with the number of global scanner units placed - including leased, rented, and certified pre-owned systems - increasing double-digits year-over-year to more than 157,000 systems. New 3D printing technologies and products. Align Technology detailed upcoming additions to its product portfolio, focusing on 3D printing advancements. The company highlighted its NXT Technology, a next-generation direct fabrication 3D printing materials platform designed for greater control and precision in appliance design. The company is also expanding 3D printing applications with the Invisalign Specifix attachment system, which brings direct 3D printing capabilities to the attachment system itself. Furthermore, Align is entering a new product category with the US pilot of the Invisalign Sports Guard, a custom, direct 3D-printed sports mouth guard created from an iTero scan. "Sports mouth guards represent a large and growing market opportunity amid increasing awareness of concussion risks in contact sports. There is also significant overlap with our kids and teens demographic, and we expect it to drive awareness and utilization of Invisalign treatment through Invisalign doctors," says Hogan in a release.

Care Out Loud continues for year two to support the 1 in 4 Americans providing care. Together with P&G and CVS Pharmacy(R), the campaign marks National Family Caregivers Month with expanded resources, promotional offers and a Caregiving Hall of Fame event PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - One in four Americans cares[1] for a loved one, often while balancing full-time work, raising children and managing complex medical or daily needs. This National Family Caregivers Month, Care Out Loud - the nationwide caregiving campaign of the One Family Foundation - is kicking off its second year to connect caregivers with practical support and help them navigate their responsibilities with greater confidence. Born from the personal experiences of families facing illness, disability or aging, Care Out Loud connects caregivers with free tools, practical resources and a supportive community while building a culture that values care. "Caregiving comes with a lot of questions, and finding answers can feel like a job in itself," said Anneliese Barron, Executive Director of the One Family Foundation. "We created Care Out Loud to help caregivers break things down, figure out what to do next, and find the resources that can help." More Support and Savings for Caregivers Returning for a second year as a lead Care Out Loud partner, P&G is extending its support for caregivers through practical resources, trusted products and savings available at CVS Pharmacy. "Caregivers balance countless responsibilities, and access to trusted products, savings and health information can make a meaningful difference in their daily routines," said Tim Dolan, Interim Vice President, Consumer Health Care, CVS Health. "We're pleased to welcome caregivers to CVS Pharmacy for an event that recognizes the important role they play in the lives of others." The Caregiving Hall of Fame: A Celebration of Everyday Caregivers On November 8, Care Out Loud and P&G will host the Caregiving Hall of Fame at the CVS Pharmacy located at 3300-10 South Broad Street in Philadelphia, near Lincoln Financial Field. Bringing together P&G's NFL partnership and Care Out Loud's mission to recognize caregivers, the event will transform the CVS Pharmacy parking lot into a Hall of Fame-inspired experience celebrating the often-unseen contributions of everyday caregivers. The experience will feature inspiring caregiver stories, recognition opportunities across the CVS, P&G and Care Out Loud communities, and displays highlighting P&G products that support caregiving routines. Attendees can also connect with CVS pharmacists and access educational resources and general health and wellness information. "For generations, P&G's trusted brands have supported the daily routines that help people care for those who depend on them," said Allison Tummon Kamphuis, Vice President, Citizenship, P&G. "Together with Care Out Loud, we're bringing greater visibility and useful resources to the millions of people who care for loved ones every day. The Caregiving Hall of Fame celebrates their vital contributions, while meaningful savings at CVS Pharmacy and trusted brands like Crest, Head & Shoulders, Gillette and Pampers are helping make caregiving a little easier."
