Responsibilities
- Supervise installation and dismantling of equipment, including erecting and breaking down scaffolds, ladders, walkways, handrails, and flooring.
- Oversee and enforce company safety standards and safety measures.
- Oversee operations of multiple crews for projects.
- Manage and direct the safe and efficient installation and removal of equipment in accordance with project-specific plans and layouts.
- Study plans, blueprints, and equipment lists before on-site installation.
- Oversee fall-protection requirements while erecting and dismantling scaffolds.
- Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned team members, and prepare and administer corrective actions as needed.
- Manage and direct the loading and unloading of equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles.
- Manage budgets and organize and oversee costs and expenditures.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of crew sheets, time cards, and job reports.
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service quality and the finished product within planned schedules.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English ability is preferred.
- A valid U.S. passport is a plus but is not required.
- OSHA training or certification is a plus.
- Scaffold training and certification are a plus.
- A bachelor's or associate's degree is preferred.
