Since 2015, Camen Behavioral Services has been a trusted leader in ABA therapy across Central Florida. Our strong community ties include partnerships with the Autism Society of Greater Orlando, Autism Speaks, Nathaniel’s Hope, and more. 🧠 What We’re Looking For
We’d love to welcome you to our team if you have:
🎓 Current, Active BCaBA Certification (newly certified welcome!)
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree or higher
🚗 Reliable Transportation – Some home visits may be required
✅ Clear Background Check
🧾 Familiarity with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLLS) – training available
💻 Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office + web-based systems)
🔍 Your Responsibilities as a BCaBA
As a BCaBA at Camen, you’ll:
🧩 Implement individualized ABA programs that build communication, social, and daily living skills
🎯 Use positive reinforcement and proactive strategies to increase appropriate behaviors
⚖️ Manage and reduce challenging behaviors in line with client behavior plans
🤝 Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and RBTs to ensure effective treatment
📊 Track data, conduct preference assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
🎲 Keep sessions engaging, fun, and meaningful for clients
💪 Physical Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to:
