Conifer Management has purchased 186,608 shares of Group 1 Automotive, worth an estimated $65.10 million, according to an SEC filing dated 14 May 2026. The transaction lifts Conifer's stake to 47.66% of its reported US equity assets under management. Group 1 Automotive operates over 250 automotive dealerships across the United States and United Kingdom, generating $22.47 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue.
