Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in an account management, marketing or partnerships role, or related experience
  • Experienced in a consultative, growth-focused approach to account management
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to critically analyse the performance of partnerships
  • Proficient with Google Suite, including Google Slides and Google Sheets
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day account management of existing partners
  • Lead new partner launches
  • Run data-driven quarterly business reviews
  • Build trusting relationships with partners and empathising to fully grasp their needs
  • Build and share reports that critically analyse performance of partnerships
  • Own monthly partnership team reporting
  • Manage invoices
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Legal and company leadership to deliver results
