Responsibilities
Profile customers and market a full range of credit and non-credit products and services to existing and potential individual and small business customers.
Help clients open and close accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit.
Recommend personal loans, credit products, and mortgages based on client needs.
Answer client questions, resolve account issues, and process routine transactions.
Desired Qualifications
An associate or bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred.

Required Qualifications
Education: A High school diploma is standard, though an associate or bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred.
Experience: One to two years of customer service, retail banking, or sales background.
