Requirements
  • 10+ years of business operations management experience in a fast-paced global organization
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, MBA preferred
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in operational processes, data analysis, and problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail and a ‘Details Matter’ mentality
  • Proven ability creating, managing, executing, and reporting on project plans
  • Demonstration of strong organizational skills
  • Experience thinking strategically and operating efficiently in a complex, global, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Track record of successful execution on simultaneous complex projects
  • Team-player attitude with ability to dive into details and see the big picture
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and skilled in project management software and Excel
Responsibilities
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives identified by the Chief Financial Officer
  • Lead, build, and develop a high-performing business operations team
  • Support various executives on different items and initiatives
  • Anticipate challenges and form solutions to ensure business objectives are met
  • Apply continuous improvement and innovation to current processes
  • Organize and synthesize large amounts of information and data
  • Provide clear and informative communication to the team and executives
  • Define project requirements and present action plans for complex challenges
  • Determine operational objectives and develop business analysis artifacts
  • Monitor project progress and perform other operational duties
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and levels on ad hoc special projects
