Requirements
  • SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical skills
  • Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience
  • 15 years full time education
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors technical integrations (design, build, troubleshoot, operate)
  • Solid understanding of enterprise integration fundamentals: APIs, payload formats, transformations, scheduling, eventing, secure transport, and monitoring
  • Hands-on capability with LLM-integrated workflows: tool-calling orchestration, retrieval-grounding, prompt/templates, and evaluation harnesses
  • Engineering discipline: clean implementation, automated testing, CI/CD mindset, and production reliability practices
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end SuccessFactors integrations across HR domains (employee lifecycle, organizational data, onboarding, learning, recruiting, payroll-adjacent flows)
  • Build and support integrations using standard SuccessFactors integration approaches (API-based, file-based, event-triggered, scheduled/batch), aligned to enterprise integration patterns
  • Define integration blueprints including interface contracts, payload schemas, transformations, error handling, retries, and reconciliation approaches
  • Engineer integrations between SuccessFactors and enterprise systems (ERP, payroll, identity & access, finance, time systems, third-party HR apps, data platforms)
  • Build middleware orchestrations using common enterprise capabilities (routing, transformation, enrichment, correlation IDs, secure connectivity, throttling)
  • Enable secure transport patterns (SFTP/HTTPS), credential management, certificate handling, and environment promotion across landscapes
  • Implement event-driven integration approaches for employee and organizational changes, ensuring systems remain consistent with minimal latency and controlled data distribution
  • Establish canonical data modeling and semantic mapping practices to reduce duplication, minimize point-to-point sprawl, and improve maintainability
  • Drive data minimization and privacy-aware integration design (share only what is needed, where it is needed)
  • Build integration agents that can interpret integration intent, generate/validate mappings, and propose transformation logic using tool-based orchestration (schema tools, metadata tools, test harnesses)
  • Implement retrieval-grounded integration assistance: the system retrieves interface specs, mapping rules, runbooks, and past incident patterns to produce grounded outputs (no free-form guessing)
  • Create copilot in the run experiences for integration operations: conversational troubleshooting, guided remediation steps, automated log summarization, and impact analysis—backed by verifiable evidence
  • Build automated testing strategies for integrations: contract tests, schema validation, payload regression suites, replay testing, and environment parity checks
  • Implement offline and online evaluation loops for AI behaviors: golden test sets for mappings and transformations, hallucination checks, grounding rates, and safety regressions
  • Define release gates for integration changes and AI prompt/tool updates to prevent silent production degradation
  • Establish observability for integrations and AI components: structured logs, traces, metrics, correlation, and alerting across the entire integration chain
  • Engineer robust failure-mode handling: retries, fallbacks, circuit breakers, DLQs/error queues, and reconciliation dashboards
  • Build AI-assisted incident response patterns (triage, root-cause clustering, remediation recommendations) with strict access controls and human-in-the-loop confirmations
  • Enforce enterprise governance for data privacy, authorization boundaries, and least-privilege access—especially for sensitive HR attributes
  • Implement responsible AI guardrails for integration agents: tool permissions, action boundaries, redaction rules, and approval workflows for high-risk operations
  • Maintain auditability across integration actions and AI-generated decisions (who/what/why/when), suitable for compliance needs
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with integration middleware and iFlow-style orchestration patterns
  • HR domain familiarity: employee master data, org structures, time/absence, onboarding, learning, recruiting, and payroll-adjacent data flows
  • Data modeling practices for canonical HR entities and semantic consistency across systems
  • Experience with secrets management, certificate lifecycle management, and enterprise security controls in integration landscapes

What believers are saying

  • Accenture Edge unlocks a $240B mid-market addressable market growing in high single digits with platform-led, ready-to-deploy solutions.
  • Former Standard Chartered AI chief David Hardoon joined early 2026 as Southeast Asia advanced AI head, strengthening regional leadership for Edge rollout.
  • ServiceNow-Accenture's 2026 AI-powered cyber risk platform addresses rising $10.22M average breach costs with agentic AI for automated vendor management.

What critics are saying

  • Middle East geopolitics extends $100M revenue hit beyond Q4 into fiscal 2027, delaying managed services deals with 60–80% probability.
  • EPS growth at 7% versus historic 13% triggers further price target slashes and institutional selling pressure within 3–6 months.
  • $9B OT security acquisition bet risks failing to deliver margins or displacing cash share-buybacks with 40–60% probability in 12–24 months.

What makes Accenture unique

  • Accenture Edge launched June 2026 targets mid-market firms with $300M–$3B revenue using pre-configured AI solutions deployable in weeks.
  • The Edge division integrates with Avanade and Google Cloud's agentic AI platform for ready-to-deploy AI and cybersecurity services.
  • Accenture doubled its 2026 acquisition budget to ~$9B, heavily investing in operational technology security to triple addressable market share.

Accenture shares trade at lowest P/E since 2015 despite $117.75B market cap

Oakmark Fund highlighted Accenture in its first-quarter 2026 investor letter, identifying the professional services company as undervalued despite strong fundamentals. The fund outperformed the S&P 500 Index, returning -2.47% versus -4.33% for the index. Accenture, a global leader in consulting and IT services, is nearly three times larger than its next three public competitors combined. The company's top 300 clients spend over $100 million annually, and it is positioned to benefit from enterprise cloud transition and growing technology spending. Despite these strengths, Accenture trades at its lowest price-to-earnings multiple since 2015 due to AI disruption concerns. The stock closed at $191.95 on 13 April 2026, with a market capitalisation of $117.75 billion. Seventy-one hedge funds held positions in the company at the end of Q4.

Accenture and Google Cloud launch Brussels sovereign AI centre for regulated sectors

Accenture and Google Cloud have launched a Sovereign Centre in Brussels to help European governments and regulated sectors adopt AI whilst maintaining data control and regulatory compliance. The facility features Google Distributed Cloud air-gapped technology for organisations with strict sovereignty requirements. The centre enables organisations to design and validate AI solutions in secure environments, modernise legacy systems, and develop workforce skills. It provides a collaborative space for independent software vendors and partners to create proofs of concept and co-innovate on sovereign cloud applications. The launch follows growing European efforts to reduce dependence on non-European technology platforms. Recent initiatives include France's Visio videoconferencing tool and Germany's openDesk suite, whilst a coalition of European tech players recently launched Euro-Office as an open-source alternative to Microsoft's productivity suite.

UBS reaffirms buy on Accenture with $5.3B federal unit securing major VA and weather system contracts

Accenture Federal Services, a subsidiary of Accenture plc, has secured significant government contracts that strengthen the company's long-term growth prospects, according to UBS analyst Kevin McVeigh, who maintained a Buy rating with a $320 price target. AFS generated approximately $5.3 billion in fiscal year 2025, representing 8% of Accenture's total revenue. The unit recently won a 4.5-year contract with the US Department of Veterans Affairs to modernise electronic health records for over 9 million veterans, alongside a separate contract to upgrade the National Weather Service's weather system. McVeigh noted these multi-year contracts provide visibility as AFS recovers from recent budget pressures and government spending cuts. The subsidiary employs around 15,000 people and focuses on mission-critical technology solutions for US government agencies.
