Oxford Industries extends $325M credit facility to 2031 and eases deal and payout rules

Oxford Industries (NYSE: OXM) has extended its $325 million asset-based revolving credit facility from March 6, 2028 to October 29, 2031. The Atlanta-based company signed the third amendment on October 29, 2026. Facility size and effective interest rates stay the same. The amendment removes the SOFR credit spread adjustment, which simplifies the rate calculation. It also eases conditions for acquisitions, investments, and restricted payments, which include dividends and share repurchases. Regions Bank joins the lenders, which include Truist Bank, Bank of America, and JPMorgan Chase. Post-closing conditions apply. Until a Wells Fargo lien on Johnny Was, LLC is terminated, within 90 days, none of its assets count toward the borrowing base unless the administrative agent agrees otherwise.

BofA opens first Wisconsin branches, plans 18 more in Alabama and Louisiana from 2027

Bank of America (BofA) has opened five branches in Wisconsin, its first in the state, and plans to enter Alabama and Louisiana next year. It will open 10 branches in the Birmingham, Alabama, area in the first quarter of 2027, and eight in Greater New Orleans from the second half of 2027. Another 14 Wisconsin branches are planned by the end of 2030. Since 2014, the $3.4 trillion-asset lender has opened 200 branches in 17 new markets, spending more than $5 billion.
