Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator using Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Administration Certification (ideally 2+ years)
  • Experience of reports and dashboard creation on the Salesforce platform
  • 2+ years of sales/revenue operations experience in SaaS/Software Enterprise, using Salesforce.com
  • Strong ability to capture business requirements
  • Experience with business process mapping
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
Responsibilities
  • Apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of Salesforce to design solutions that scale to meet the needs of the business and deliver business value
  • Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define system requirements, customize the platform, and deliver products that match the requirements outlined to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Administration of core tech stack outside of CRM such as Salesloft, DocuSign, data enrichment partners, conversation intelligence tools, etc
  • Drive sales data quality and hygiene efforts through excellent change management and maintenance
  • Challenge current processes and data design to optimize for the best possible solution
  • Lead the technical implementation of projects leveraging different systems including Salesforce by building custom Objects, Workflow, Email Alerts, Reports, Dashboards, etc., while thoughtfully integrating user and data security through Sharing Rules, Profiles, and Permissions
