About Us We’re building an agent lab for creative production. Our system orchestrates frontier models to produce high-quality AI video ads for top brands—ads that would traditionally cost $50K+ to produce. We’re building the orchestration layer that makes this scalable. We recently came out of YC and are assembling the rest of our founding engineering team in SF. ⸻ The Role We’re hiring Founding Engineers to help build and scale our core agent systems. You will design, implement, and optimize production-grade LLM systems and tooling that power our creative engine. You’ll work directly with the founders, own major parts of the system, and ship daily. ⸻ What You’ll Work On Watch Riot by the Dor Brothers—we're building the technology to create videos like that at scale. Our creative engine: agents that harness frontier models and foundational video models. Our collaborative editor: where our team and clients go from idea to video in hours. Client tools: you'll be forward-deployed, working alongside world-class creatives and clients, shipping tools and integrations to 10x their workflows. Responsibilities • Design and build LLM agent systems with tool-calling and orchestration • Develop Python-based backend systems for AI workflows • Optimize model quality, latency, cost, and reliability • Build internal tooling for debugging and improving agent performance • Ship full-stack features supporting collaborative creative tools • Work directly with founders and clients to deliver production systems • Own problems end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment ⸻ What We’re Looking For Must-Haves • Strong Python skills • Experience working with LLMs and modern AI tools • Exceptional problem-solving ability • High agency and ownership Nice to Have (not required) • Full-stack experience • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Claude SDK, or similar agent frameworks • Experience with media pipelines, video tooling, or creative software • Early-stage startup experience Strong Signals • Built agents (LLM + tool calling systems) • Hackathon winners (especially AI/agent-focused) • USACO / math olympiad / strong quantitative background • Built 0→1 products with real users • GitHub full of shipped projects (not just coursework) ⸻ Who Thrives Here You've built things people use. You have good taste. You obsess over the details, from the user experience to technical intricacies. You're comfortable using multiple coding agents at once to ship production software quickly. You move across frontend, backend, infra, and product without waiting for permission or pixel-perfect specs. Bonus points if you have experience with video pipelines, media processing, graphics engineering, or other creative tooling.
