Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to all customers
  • Process tickets, check baggage, and assign seats
  • Handle denied boarding situations and re-accommodate customers
  • Enforce safety/security measures and monitor sensitive safety zones
  • Assist customers with special needs
  • Handle delayed baggage issues and lost and found articles
  • Other duties as assigned
