Salary - $90k to $100k

Primary Objective:

Develop deep technical proficiency in our cast bell ringing products to drive future sales growth and support our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Mastery: Learn and master the intricacies of Verdin’s cast bell products, including bell ringing hardware, mechanical equipment, and electronic controllers.
• Traditions Knowledge: Become knowledgeable about the liturgical and bell ringing traditions of various denominations, focusing on the Roman Catholic Church.
• Sales Lead Review: Evaluate inbound sales leads for cast bell renovation projects.
• Customer Research: Investigate existing customer files for relevant information on legacy products.
• Site Inspections: Travel to customer locations to inspect and assess current bell installations and conditions.
• Detailed Reporting: Draft comprehensive reports with photos, sketches, and measurements of existing installations.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the Special Projects Manager and CEO to develop scope and pricing for renovation proposals.
• Technical Assistance: Provide guidance to sales representatives on cast bell renovation projects.
• Consultation: Work with Production and Field Service Technicians on fabrication and installation requirements.
• Post-Production Review: Assist in the review of completed projects, particularly those with underperforming gross margins, to identify areas for improvement.
