- Assist the site's Quality, Safety and Environment approach and implement improvement actions and performance measurements.
- Ensure service commitments are respected, facilitate continuous improvement with internal trainers, and ensure procedures are managed and applied.
- Manage the service team's absences, schedules, activities, and organization in the absence of the QSE Manager.
- Implement and manage the company's project for integrating Quality, Safety and Environment systems.
- Lead implementation of service certification while considering management objectives, establishment constraints, and customer requests.
- Produce and distribute monthly statistics measuring the evolution of different indicators.
- Conduct internal audits covering certification commitments, procedures, and regulations; act as the primary contact for external auditors; and propose and monitor corrective actions.
- Participate in failure analyses.
- Supervise and facilitate working groups and problem-solving groups.
- Coordinate the drafting of procedures, instructions, operating methods, good-practice guides, and recording forms.
- Handle quality-related disputes in collaboration with the relevant department.
- Manage regulatory monitoring for the assigned area.
- Communicate internally with department managers and team leaders about establishment quality evaluation results.
- Provide training and advice to employees as a trainer and advisor, and act as the field liaison for the QSE Manager.
- Assess occupational risks, draft and maintain the single risk-assessment document, and take necessary safety measures.
- Participate in accident analyses and monitor application of safety rules.
- Propose continuous-improvement actions and actions supporting organizational objectives.
- Monitor a safety-audit schedule.
- Participate in onboarding new employees.
- Help develop the Internal Operation Plan, and train and test the associated arrangements.
- Implement defined actions and work with safety stakeholders.
- Propose and draft procedures and instructions and verify their application.
- Support the technical department in verifying periodic inspections and participate in welcoming external companies.
