Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop customized personal risk strategies, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages (yacht, aviation, collectibles, family office, cyber). Identify coverage gaps and recommend enhancements to safeguard client assets.
  • Provide guidance on complex exposures, including multi-state and international placements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for Private Client relationships. Lead client onboarding, renewal discussions, and coverage reviews.
  • Coordinate claims advocacy and ensure timely, efficient resolution with carriers.
  • Maintain client retention rates at or above 95%.
  • Partner with producers to drive new business and expand existing client relationships. Identify cross-sell opportunities (e.g., flood, excess liability, cyber, fine art).
  • Support new business development through proposals, presentations, and prospect meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with workflows, documentation standards, and carrier requirements.
  • Collaborate with Client Success team members to ensure accurate policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives that improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional designations preferred or willingness to pursue (e.g., CPRIA, CPRM, CPCU).
