- Monitor client progress, provide motivational support, and adjust training programs as needed to achieve fitness objectives.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional standards throughout the fitness center and related facilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with hotel and industry standards.
- Organize and assist with fitness-related events, wellness workshops, and promotional activities.
- Provide fitness consultations and recommendations to hotel guests and members.
- Maintain current fitness certifications and stay informed of the latest fitness trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other wellness staff to deliver comprehensive health and fitness services.
- Document and report member attendance, progress, and satisfaction metrics.
