Responsibilities
Find prospects and convert leads into policyholders to drive new business.
Conduct client consultations to evaluate needs and recommend coverage.
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
Develop and maintain lasting client relationships and provide ongoing policy support.
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals to help the agency grow.
Stay current on products and compliance requirements.
Use customer relationship management tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals.
Participate in team meetings and develop sales strategies.
Desired Qualifications
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Key Responsibilities
