About the job
- Vocational training, preferably in mechatronics, electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, heating construction, or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of heating technology, control technology, renewable energy systems, and plant hydraulics is desirable.
- Good personal computer skills.
- Very good German language skills.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and respond to customer needs.
- Independently commission, maintain, and repair Bosch Thermotechnology products after theoretical and practical training.
- Service heat pumps, split air-conditioning units, gas and oil heating systems, and control devices in existing systems for Buderus and Bosch Junkers multi-brand customer service.
- Measure, test, and self-regulate Thermotechnology products.
- Process customer complaints and act as a competent contact person for customers.
- Start service assignments from home and take responsibility for the tools and spare-parts inventory in the fully equipped service vehicle.
- Knowledge of heating technology, control technology, renewable energy systems, and plant hydraulics.
