Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage customer background screening programs aligned with organizational needs and goals.
  • Structure and implement long-term customer contracts and agreements to renew and grow revenue from the customer base.
  • Understand each client’s organizational dynamics, discover business models and core initiatives in a solutions-sales capacity, and support client goal achievement using the company’s products and services.
  • Identify and develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to support retention and relationship stability.
  • Create strategic account plans to grow customer revenue and deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise between clients, internal departments, and partners to provide clear and accurate program guidance, and manage client interactions using Salesforce.com.
  • Conduct regular business reviews using value-added propositions to mitigate client risk and enhance background screening programs.
  • Grow the customer book of business toward target versus the prior year through revenue retention and closing new business.

  • A graduate degree or equivalent educational background.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Experience supporting Retail, Staffing, and Franchise clients.
  • Team management experience.
