Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.

  • The candidate must be able to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in pre-production simulations, workflow integration, testing, and validation of system functionality.
  • Provide end-user training on the clinical systems applications supported by the IT Training department.
  • Develop training project plans in correlation with IT project planning and guidelines to meet implementation deadlines.
  • Develop lesson plans, curriculum design, training manuals, classroom exercises, competency assessments and testing, and online computer-based learning modules supporting employee roles and job functions that use clinical systems.
  • Participate in application testing, simulations, and go-live activities, including production.
  • Collaborate with analysts on application changes and new features to develop training strategies.
  • Review interactions with stakeholders, the business community, and end-users to ensure training meets UHealth's business and clinical needs.
  • Review project and issue status on an ongoing basis with leadership.
  • Analyze, design, build, test, and troubleshoot application and technical issues related to training environments.
  • Participate in on-call scheduling as required.
  • Adhere to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguard University assets.
