About the job
- At least five years of experience independently preparing project budgets, preferably in civil engineering.
- Thorough knowledge of the market and different contract forms.
- Experience with estimating software such as Ibis Calculeren voor de Bouw (formerly Ibis TRAD) and/or IBIS Calculeren voor Infra.
- Good command of Dutch, spoken and written.
- HBO-level work-and-thinking capability.
- Work collaboratively and keep the customer at the center.
- Work independently, take responsibility, and be dependable.
- Work on tender applications as part of a close-knit team of 49 people.
- Contribute to a nationwide procurement team serving diverse market segments, including urban integrated projects, waste and drinking-water transport pipelines, and infrastructure-related energy-transition projects.
- Share expertise and coach younger employees to develop the profession and strengthen the nationwide team.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex issues.
- Participate in nationwide collaboration days, strategy meetings, and team-building activities.
- Experience estimating projects in civil engineering is preferred.
