React Lead

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Application Maintenance Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for maintaining, supporting, and modernizing web applications built using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Golang. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in front-end and back-end technologies, and a strong understanding of application modernization principles.

• Provide L2/L3 support for web applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to React, TypeScript, CSS, Node.js, and Golang services.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications using modern development practices.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement fixes and improvements.
• Participate in application modernization initiatives, including refactoring legacy code and migrating to modern frameworks.
• Monitor and optimize application performance using tools like Webpack, Jest, and browser dev tools.
• Support and maintain HTTP handlers, GRPC services, and backend APIs written in GoLang.
• Document support procedures, known issues, and resolution steps for knowledge base.

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and Node.js.
• Experience with Golang, including building and maintaining GRPC and HTTP handlers.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Jest, and modern front-end build tools.
• Understanding of application lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Exposure to application modernization strategies and cloud-native development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
