  • Promote practical and responsible use of artificial intelligence and analytics to improve speed, transparency, and confidence while maintaining strong governance and actuarial judgment.
  • Create clear, intuitive visualizations to help colleagues understand reserving movements, emerging trends, portfolio changes, and areas of uncertainty.
  • Improve how reserving insights are communicated so they are concise, consistent, and useful for actuarial, finance, management, and business discussions.

  • Support high-quality, governed outputs aligned with enterprise data standards, actuarial controls, and financial reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, governance, finance, actuarial, claims, and underwriting colleagues to incorporate reserving needs from the data foundation through the final insight experience.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual data wrangling, and build reusable insight capabilities.

Desired Qualifications
