Requirements
  • An enrolled undergraduate student who is currently a junior and entering their senior year as of Summer 2026, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree aligned with the department of interest.
  • A strong communicator—both written and verbal—with advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Chat, Calendar and Drive).
  • Ability to thrive as a collaborative team player while also working independently with confidence and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
  • You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience by participating in significant work projects that help you learn, develop business skills, and provide a meaningful contribution to Canon's business and goals.
  • You will be exposed to world-class teams and our business, marketing, and strategy initiatives through training, meetings, presentations, and other planned activities.
  • You’ll gain marketable skills and knowledge that you’ll need in transitioning into the workforce.
  • You’ll come to the office 3 days a week and 2 days with the option to work from home (unless a specific business need arises requiring in-office attendance on other days). This position offers a hybrid work schedule on full-time (9 AM – 5 PM) schedule based on a 35-hour work week. Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
  • Enterprise Adobe SaaS Migration and Optimization of B2B Indirect Sales (Dealer/Partner) Portals projects: UX/UI Modernization and Adobe SaaS Integration: System Audit & Mapping: Catalog existing on-premise UI components and map them to the new Adobe SaaS Core Components to identify design gaps during the cloud migration.
  • UI Refactoring: Create high-fidelity mockups in Figma that modernize legacy 'Classic UI' screens into the new Adobe Touch-Enabled UI standards.
  • Design System Governance: Ensure all migrated digital assets and web fragments align with WCAG 2.2 accessibility requirements and Canon’s global brand identity.
  • B2B Indirect Sales & Dealer Portal Optimization: Partner Experience (PX) Analysis: Audit the digital journey for Indirect Sales Partners, focusing on lead registration, bulk ordering, and co-branded marketing collateral downloads.
  • B2B Web Strategy: Analyze external-facing B2B websites to identify friction points that hinder dealer productivity or sales velocity.
  • Persona Development: Create detailed user personas for different tiers of 'Indirect Sellers' to ensure the portal interface serves both high-volume distributors and smaller local dealers.
  • SaaS Implementation & Change Management: Cloud Readiness Support: Collaborate with the IT team to identify UI code that requires refactoring for the 'locked core' SaaS environment.
  • SaaS Implementation & Change Management: Functional QA: Conduct usability testing on new 'SaaS-native' blocks to ensure seamless rendering across mobile and desktop environments for field sales reps.
  • SaaS Implementation & Change Management: User Documentation: Assist in creating 'Transition Guides' for Indirect Sales partners to help them navigate the upgraded Adobe-driven web experience.
  • Analytics & Performance Benchmarking: Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Adobe Analytics and behavioral tracking to monitor how Indirect Sales partners interact with new portal features.
  • Analytics & Performance Benchmarking: KPI Reporting: Track 'Time-to-Task' for common dealer actions (e.g., checking order status or downloading firmware) to prove the ROI of the SaaS migration.
  • Analytics & Performance Benchmarking: Competitor Benchmarking: Perform a 'Heuristic Evaluation' of competitor B2B portals to recommend UI enhancements that make Canon the easiest partner to do business with.
