  • Active Property and Casualty license in your home state is required (multiple states a plus)
  • 2+ years of proven success in selling P&C Insurance with deep knowledge of auto and home products
  • Passionate about sales, customers, and success

  • Ability to handle and manage a high volume of sales opportunities

Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound calls to quote and sell auto and home insurance across all main carriers
  • Providing customers with a professional & high value experience
  • Becoming a subject matter expert with each of our carrier’s insurance products
  • Building & maintaining specific personal lines insurance knowledge of all states and carrier products to effectively counsel insurance customers
  • Focusing heavily on policy retention and lifetime value
  • Operating from a solution-oriented mindset
  • Executing all duties and assignments as directed by management
