Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
  • A valid state driver’s license is required.
  • The candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The candidate must pass company criminal and motor vehicle background checks, drug tests, and airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge, and must be insurable under the Company’s applicable insurance policies.
  • The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
  • The candidate must exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisors or management.
  • The candidate must clearly communicate in English in person, by telephone, radio, and in writing for job duties and safety-sensitive tasks.
  • The candidate must read and comprehend safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • The candidate must perform simple arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
  • The candidate must use a telephone, fax, two-way radio, email, or text messaging to contact guests, crew members, team members, and emergency personnel.
  • The candidate must analyze and evaluate information and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must work effectively with team members and provide service to guests.
  • The candidate must handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and concentration.
  • The candidate must use a computer, learn necessary company software, and complete the Company’s training programs in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive at the facility, provide a warm greeting, and escort them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
  • Collaborate with team members, guests, visitors, Company departments, and external parties to ensure services are handled promptly, accurately, professionally, and courteously.
  • Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions according to Company procedures, and assist with general accounting and financial record keeping.
  • Provide concierge services, including arranging hotel reservations, ground transportation, rental cars, catering, and customs appointments.
  • Manage guest, crew, and visitor inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the Company’s facilities, services, website, surrounding areas, and information commonly requested by guests.
  • Monitor arriving and departing flights, communicate with aircraft to coordinate services, assign work to the Airside Experience Team, and prioritize operational services using real-time system management.
  • Use SIGops/SIGnet to log and schedule requested services and update service statuses.
  • Ensure departing aircraft receive requested amenities, including catering, coffee, ice, and newspapers.
  • Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas and keep lobbies, pilot-facing spaces, and restrooms clean and free of debris.
  • Promote and sell the Company’s services and products to aircraft passengers and crew.
  • Assist crews and guests with luggage and provide transportation to commercial terminals, hotels, and nearby locations as required.
  • Fulfill special requests and assist pilots with access to weather information, portals, and computers.
  • Identify crewmembers, passengers, visitors, and vendors according to security procedures.
  • Stop work when an unsafe condition or act could cause harm and report concerns to the appropriate manager.
  • Abide by emergency response procedures during critical events.
  • Comply with and enforce Company and airport physical, cyber, and data security protocols.
  • Create accurate records of time worked and activities and services performed.
  • Use the Company contact management system to review, capture, and update customer preferences for personalized service.
  • Assist the Airside Experience Team with valeting customer vehicles, wing walking, placing chocks and cones, and positioning stairs or jetways at aircraft.
  • Assist airlines with passenger service functions at certain locations as needed.

  • Experience with conflict resolution in a hospitality environment.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.
