Requirements
  • Experience advising developers and development teams from the design through the build phase.
  • Experience architecting business intelligence solutions using MicroStrategy.
  • Experience leading mixed business intelligence development teams consisting of TD and client resources.
  • Exposure to customer householding algorithms and related issues.
  • Ability to advise database administrators and developers on optimizing the physical instantiation of the logical model.
  • Strong client-facing and consulting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of TD 14.10.
  • Experience communicating and applying TD best practices in the use of MicroStrategy.
  • Ability to make architectural decisions based on the BoH environment.
  • Ability to develop complex reports and analytics.
  • Ability to lead a team, allocate work to client resources, and mentor resources on the TD environment.
  • Willingness to work on site in Honolulu.
Responsibilities
  • Apply specific technical knowledge to solution development for a specific customer.
  • Participate in designing and developing a technical architecture aligned with client business objectives.
  • Define a target goal state and the requirements needed to move from the current environment to that goal state.
  • Build relationships with business and information technology clients and demonstrate architecture concepts and details.
  • Serve as the lead consultant on a project when required.
  • Implement a database supporting CIM and extend it to incorporate core banking data related to Customer, Account/Product, Household, and Account Transaction.
  • Provide architectural guidance to the mixed TD and client delivery team.
  • Develop complex reports and analytics as a working architect.
  • Lead the team, allocate work to client resources, and provide mentoring on the TD environment.
