- Integrate Defense Deception Activities planning across joint, component, and functional staffs to align with operations, intelligence, operations in the information environment, targeting and fires, and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate and synchronize with information forces and capabilities, including Operations Security, Psychological Operations, Cyberspace Operations, and Electronic Warfare, to integrate deception effects, mitigate risk, and reinforce campaign or operational objectives.
- Monitor Defense Deception Activities outcomes and impacts through intelligence reporting, open-source research, data exploitation, and assessment frameworks, applying measures of performance and measures of effectiveness to evaluate outcomes and inform operational and strategic decision-making.
- Design, author, and refine Defense Deception Activities annexes, appendices, tabs, and supporting planning products, translating approved concepts into executable guidance.
- Ensure Defense Deception Activities information systems, access controls, and data handling comply with Department of Defense security, compartmentation, and information protection standards.
- Facilitate secure coordination and information sharing with interagency organizations, allies, partners, industry, and academic institutions supporting Defense Deception Activities.
- Conduct periodic reviews to assess Defense Deception Activities effectiveness, compliance, and risk, and recommend adjustments to improve operational impact and security posture.
- Knowledge of intelligence disciplines, capabilities, limitations, platforms, and relevant Intelligence Community Directives.
- Experience or knowledge of Human Intelligence and Counterintelligence Operations, their application, and associated authorities.
- At least 7 years of experience coordinating compartmented or sensitive operational activity with the Intelligence Community, interagency organizations, allies, and/or partners.

What is the purpose of the New center? The facility is intended to support production, delivery, training, customer acceptance testing and onsite storage for CACI's Terrestrial Layer System Brigade Combat Team Manpack, or TLS BCT Manpack, program with the U.S. Army. TLS BCT Manpack is CACI's electronic warfare technology for dismounted soldiers, designed to support operations in the electromagnetic battlespace. The company said the center provides room for expansion to produce additional software-defined electronic warfare capabilities at scale. The facility's work supports dozens of manufacturing and fabrication small business suppliers across upstate New York. What did CACI officials say about the New center?
