  • Run regular onboarding and activation experiments using tools such as LaunchDarkly, managing incentives, in-product moments, and lifecycle prompts to deepen customer engagement.
  • Own the end-to-end invoice experience, including creation and scheduling, PDF generation, branding and customization, reminders, dispute handling, payment collection via multiple rails, and reconciliation, driving adoption as a core SMB financial tool.
  • Identify and ship improvements to make invoice workflows more intelligent, including smart reminders, automated reconciliation, AI-assisted invoice creation, and workflow automation that reduces manual effort for business owners.
  • Own Novo's integration ecosystem across revenue services such as Stripe and Square, accounting tools such as QuickBooks and Xero, payroll such as Gusto, and utilities such as Slack and Zapier; deepen integrations from basic data sync to richer bidirectional workflows.
  • Lead the vision for a Novo API strategy enabling LLM and third-party connectivity so customers can query banking and financial data through external AI assistants and business tools; identify new integration opportunities for core SMB financial workflows.
  • Design, run, and scale a rigorous experimentation program across onboarding flows, invoice tooling, and integration adoption, with clear hypotheses, measurement plans, and ownership of outcomes.
  • Define and own platform KPIs, including activation rate, integration adoption, invoice volume, and 90-day retention; build and maintain analytics instrumentation to measure the funnel end-to-end and provide leadership with a shared view of platform health.
  • Apply AI to enhance how SMBs interact with Novo through smart invoice tooling, automated transaction categorization, agentic financial workflows, and personalized platform experiences that reduce the cognitive load of running a small business.
  • Lead the product vision for Novo's AI integration strategy, including evaluating external APIs and agentic workflows, while ensuring AI-driven features meet financial services privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to ship platform improvements and productionize experimental wins into durable, scalable features; run an operating cadence that surfaces friction early and optimizes outcomes.
  • Communicate progress, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and leadership; flag when an initiative is not working and redirect accordingly.
